To Islanders: Mike Komisarek, Radek Bonk
To Canadiens: Radek Martinek, Jeremy Colliton, Sean Bergenheim
Montreal would be able to ditch Radek Bonk's salary however they would need to throw in there best defensive prospect in Mike Komisarek. Coming back would be 3 depth players with low salaries. This may afford Montreal to cap space to make a run at J.P Dumont. J.P Dumonts agents are awaiting a montreal offer before settling on a team.
