Dvorak to Vancouver

Sources out west indicate Vancouver and Radek Dvorak are finalizing a 1 year deal for Dvorak to take Anson Carter's place on the wing. Vancouver is resigned to the fact they cannot afford to bring back Anson Carter at his salary Wishes
